We are committed to our customers, fair trade suppliers, and the communities we serve. To rebuild trust and ensure transparency, we’ve created this blog to communicate ongoing improvement and a platform for two-way communication. Committed to their customers, fair trade suppliers, and the communities they serve, ABC Beans wants to reinforce partnerships with the Fair Trade Certified and Rain Forest Alliance organizations. Recent concerns regarding ethical sourcing resulted in a comprehensive internal investigation. ABC Beans has evaluated Fair Trade and ethical sourcing processes throughout the organization and identified areas of improvement. A comprehensive third-party evaluation is underway to evaluate processes, recently implemented process improvements, and areas of potential for growth.

ABC Beans has launched a blog to communicate news and information about the organization and the coffee industry. Most importantly, the ABC Beans blog offers the opportunity for two-way communication while sharing information about the coffee industry, fair trade suppliers and the organizations that certify ethical standards and practices.
